Ugh. I cannot get out of the 127.6-125.6 range!! About 2 weeks ago I weighed in at 124 after taking 5 laxatives, and then a few days later I ballooned to 128 for no reason at all. That went down by a little but now I’ve been stuck in this awful plateau for 2 whole weeks!! On top of that, they’re taking me to the doctor next week (plus, the last time he saw me, I was like 14 pounds heavier, so he’ll deff be alarmed!) and I might not be able to continue restricting as much after that.
I really don’t want to mess up my metabolism, so I’ve increased my intake a little bit. It used to be between 800 and 1050, with one day a week at 1200. Now I do between 1050 and 1300… which feels like a LOT of food. Also, I don’t want my stomach to get too used to it and then I can’t go back down… any tips?
